Clinical supervision is a professional service of equal importance as that of a Psychological Assessment or Psychotherapy. Supervision enables students or clinicians to engage in professional development by furthering their knowledge, skills, clinical judgement, and ability to self-reflect, with the goal of improving the quality of services they provide.
Population
Madeleine offers clinical supervision services to students and health professionals (i.e. Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Consellors, etc.) seeking to further their practice.
Issues
Madeleine offers clinical supersivision services by a trained Psychologist (registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and Québec), with the aim of accompanying students or clinicians in their professional development. This process often occurs through the reflection of themes surrounding the following :
